“This next throwback jam is for all of my mutie brothers and sisters who are truly ‘Staying Alive’...”
Welcome to the year 2038, where the heroes of yesterday are dead and gone. Division and the Mutant Control Enforcement Agency (MCEA) saw to that. This dystopia we live in is the result of one anti-mutant hate crime that sparked the third world war. The law now requires mutants to register, to spend the rest of their lives on file being and being tracked. New York City is a shell of its former self but still remains a beacon despite all that has happened there. Despite this, a mass exodus brought people to the new country capital; Chicago. Which is why so much money and effort has gone into attempting to restore it to its former glory. Chicago isn’t the only thing rising from the ashes of a world that no longer exists. The children of former X-Men have come together to bring back the much needed hope that only they could bring. The road is long and will not be easy for anyone, but something has to be done before it’s too late.
Unless on they appear on the canon list, mutants working for Division are banned until the further notice. IE until the number of humans in this category out number the mutants. We would also love to see more MHA and Morlock affiliated characters.

PERSONAL DENSITY CONTROL
Xavier's ability resembles that of his parents, the late Piotr Rasputin and currently intangible Kitty Pryde. He has the ability to manipulate the density of his person, able to alter the density of his skin, weight, The denser he makes himself grants him near impenetrability and invulnerability like his father. In a dense state, his skin and tissues become hardened making him immune or resistant to physical harm; his weight, stamina, and strength increase granting him the ability to lift up to 6 tons/12,000 lbs. With the right amount of momentum, he could be considered a difficult force to withstand, able to knock down armored doors and bust through walls; given the fact that it doesn't weight over 6 tons or opposing unstoppable force (i.e. the Juggernaut). Ballistic damage, explosives, high-speed collisions, pressure, temperature, and falls from deadly heights prove to be no complication for him.
In a decreased state of density, in addition to decreasing his weight, Xavier can control the atoms of his being and pass them through those of another object, like his mother. He is able to pass through objects and other solid matter as if they weren't in his path; able to phase through doors, walls, ceilings, people, and other solid objects. His mutation allowing him to phase right out of his Division tracking bracelet. There is no direction as to which he can phase, the duration of intangibility equates to the amount of time he can hold his breath. The speed at which he passes through an object depends on the speed at which he enters; if he runs through a bookcase, he's going to phase through the bookcase at the speed he is running. Xavier is able to enter a phased state to allow oncoming projectiles and energy blasts pass through him without harm. His intangible state allows him to walk on air, water and grants him telepathic resistance; when phasing through objects and people his atoms interfere with the flow of electrons and atoms causing machines damage and failure or induce shock and unconsciousness in human beings.
He is currently learning how to manipulate the density of selective body parts allowing him to harden, strengthen, or phase certain limbs at will.
PERSONAL DENSITY CONTROL
At this point in time, Xavier can not manipulate the density of others and is not sure if he ever will be able to. He can't extend his abilities beyond himself other than his clothing or personal belongings on his person. Unlike his father, he does have to eat, breathe, and sleep and provide his body proper sustenance. If knocked out in his dense state, his body returns to normal. It does take a lot of stamina and will sometimes require a rest. He can not be intangible and dense at the same time, it's like trying to ride a bike and run at the same exact time. It's just impossible. His abilities do not increase his mass in any shape of size, he will always remain the same size unless bodybuilding or he gains weight. His ability does not work from the inside out, any toxins or poisons ingested can harm or kill him.
He is only able to carry up to 6 tons in his dense state, that's the equivalent of 12,000 pounds. In his normal state, he can lift 150 lbs. Constant heavy attacks in his dense state will wear on him and weaken him, in his phased state, he can only stay intangible for as long as he can hold his breath. If X were to become solid matter while phasing through an object his atoms will merge with object which potentially could kill him.
